We’re excited to share an update on our Learning Lab, our newest training and development initiative.
Our Learning Lab which officially launched in May, exemplifies our commitment to service excellence in all areas in which we work.
With a range of equipment from mobility aids, to various lifting hoists, CPR dummies and a full-body patient care manikin, the Learning Lab is where we provide hands-on, practical training and competency assessments for our carers, support workers and nurses as well as some face-to-face theory training in a group setting.
With so much training now online, the opportunity for in-person training and development is warmly welcomed by our team members who recognise the value in enhancing their skills, developing their careers and improving the overall quality of our services.
