Our training programmes
We offer a comprehensive calendar of training to enable all our team to stay up-to-date. We deliver this training free, either in our Learning Lab for practical in-person training or via our online learning system to help them increase their skills and scope of work in new areas.

Learning & development at Absolute
Learning and Development at Absolute comprises three pillars:
Induction & Orientation, offering comprehensive orientation to newcomers ensuring their understanding of their roles and the company’s operations, while providing support and assistance as required.
Industry Expected Training, maintaining up-to-date competence in key areas through short programs via e-learning or in-person sessions.
Applied Skill Development & Enhancement, targeting professional growth beyond basic requirements, focusing on understanding complex care needs and specific diseases to enhance their proficiency and expertise in focused areas.

Enhancing skills & developing careers
Our Learning Lab is the centre piece of our training and development programme. We have designed it to replicate the community environment with the type of equipment and mobility aids typically used when providing support to service recipients.
We have a skills manikin available to assist with training for complex care, such as:
- Catheter management
- Enteral feeding management
- Bowel care
