We are committed to working closely with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers and the Participant’s broader team.
We think we deliver the best support when we work closely with others. That’s why we like to take a team approach and ensure good working relationships with providers, professionals and informal supports involved in a Participant’s NDIS programme.
We know how important it is to get supports set up and in place as quickly as possible, so we do all that we can to make the process as smooth as possible.
Some of the areas where we know that working closely together can make a real difference includes Participants involvement in selecting their Support Workers, relationships with family members and informal supports, budget management and plan renewals.
