Disability support services,
your way
Finding the right disability support shouldn’t feel complicated.
At Absolute Care & Health, we provide disability support services across Melbourne that are shaped around your goals, your routine and the way you like to do things. You tell us what you need, and we bring you the right people and the right supports to help you get there.
We’re a registered NDIS provider with an experienced team, and we deliver most of our supports in your own home and local community. Whether you need a few hours of help each week or daily support, we’re here to make it straightforward.
The disability support we provide
We offer a wide range of disability support, delivered in your own home and community by support workers who are trained, reliable and genuinely good at what they do. Here’s how we can help.

Personal support and self-care
Support with bathing, grooming, dressing and continence, plus help with therapy routines and meals, including enteral or PEG feeding. It's practical, respectful help with the everyday tasks that keep you comfortable and well.

Everyday tasks and daily living skills
We help you build and maintain the skills for independent living, from managing daily routines and personal tasks to shopping, organising meals and keeping on top of the home. The aim is always to help you do more for yourself over time.

Social and community participation
Getting out and staying connected matters. We help you find and join community activities, make connections, access local services and amenities, and get to where you want to go with accompanied transport. If building friendships and relationships is one of your goals, we'll support that too.

Community nursing and clinical support
For supports with a clinical focus, our team includes qualified nurses who can help with wound care, medications and injections, continence care such as catheter changes, and nurse assessments. Clinical expertise is built into our disability support, not bolted on.
Who our disability support services are for
We support people living with disability throughout Melbourne, whatever your situation and however your support is funded.
If you’re not sure which pathway fits, we’re happy to talk it through with you.
NDIS participants
We’re a registered NDIS provider, and we deliver core and capacity building supports in line with your plan. If you’re an NDIS participant, we can help you get the most from your funding. You can also read more about how we work as an NDIS provider and what that means for you.
Support coordinators and plan managers
If you’re coordinating supports on behalf of a participant, we make referrals simple and communication clear. See our information for NDIS support coordinators and plan managers, or connect with a disability support coordinator on our team to talk through a participant’s needs.
Privately funded support
You don’t need an NDIS plan to work with us. If you’d prefer to arrange and pay for disability support privately, we can set that up for you with the same quality and flexibility. Have a look at our private funding options.
Support for complex and high-level needs
Where you have more complex or clinically focused support needs, we make sure the right expertise is part of your team. Our Clinical Nurse Consultant helps set up your programme and, where needed, trains your support workers in the specific skills your support requires.
For larger programmes involving several support workers, we also use a Lead Support Worker model. That gives you one consistent point of contact and keeps everyone working to the same plan. You can read more about our community nursing for clinically focused supports.
A registered NDIS provider with an experienced team
Absolute Care & Health is a registered NDIS provider, and our disability support team brings more than 20 years of combined experience across direct support, coordination of supports, NDIS planning and plan reviews.
As one of Melbourne’s trusted disability support providers, everything we do is designed to help you reach your social, personal and skills or career goals.
We’re also HDAA certified and ISO 9001 certified, so the quality and safety of your support is backed by independent standards. Meet the team who’ll be looking after you.

What's the difference between your disability support and NDIS provider services?
They’re part of the same thing. “Disability support” describes the day-to-day help we provide, and as a registered NDIS provider we can deliver that support through your NDIS plan. If you’d like the detail on the NDIS side, our NDIS page covers how it works.
How do I get started with disability support?
Fill in your details or give us a call on 1300 030 032. One of our Care Advisors will get back to you to talk through the support you’re looking for and the best way to arrange it. There’s no pressure, just a conversation about how we can help.
What our participants say about us
“Mary’s support has been life changing for me. Being hearing impaired and a lipreader who has been blinded by the wearing of masks in the community, Mary has acted as my eyes and ears and has helped me understand complex issues with Govt organisation over phone, and by my side in person as my advocate.
Mary is very professional, but most importantly she is patient and kind with a caring holistic approach to my disablements which has gone a long way to help ease my stress and anxiety during the lengthy extreme on off isolation periods from covid directives.
Mary is a real asset to Absolute Care & Health.”
