We’re excited to introduce Munashe Makari, our newest Care Coordinator in the Post-hospital Care Team. Munashe’s journey with us is still in its early stages but her impact is already being felt.
A glimpse into her role – a blend between customer service and administration, Munashe is the first point of contact for both client and carer queries. She ensures every client feels heard, understood, and receives the exceptional care they deserve. What she cherishes most about her role is the deep conversations she gets to engage in with clients while understanding their unique situations and ensuring they receive the best care possible.
When asked about her experience with our company, Munashe’s exact words were “Exciting, warm, and productive.” She’s particularly fond of the healthy work culture we have, emphasising the kind and understanding colleagues she has. Whenever she’s in doubt or has a question, she knows she’s surrounded by a team that’s always ready to help.
Outside of work, Munashe is a family person at heart. She loves spending time with her loved ones, catching up on movies, and satiating her wanderlust through travel.
Since joining our team, Munashe feels she’s grown immensely especially in the field of customer service. She believes that patience and understanding are skills everyone should master, as they’ve certainly served her well in her role.
