Charlotte describes her role as being a bridge between nurses, clients, and Case Managers. Her daily responsibilities include sorting through priority emails, answering calls, and coordinating with nurses to create schedules that meet clients’ needs. She also provides immediate feedback to Case Managers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
As a newcomer to Australia, Charlotte is excited that her job offers her a unique chance to thoroughly explore Melbourne. Learning the locations and directions has seamlessly integrated into her role of connecting nurses with clients.
Charlotte finds her role both exciting and challenging, particularly when it comes to addressing the unpredictable needs of clients. She often handles urgent requests that require quick thinking and careful allocation of nurses to ensure the best possible outcomes. Though she considers herself a “rookie” in this position, she is eager to learn and adapt, embracing every new scenario as an opportunity to grow.
