We know how important it is to you to get the right NDIS supports from the right provider with the right Support Workers.
That’s why we go through an intake process to ensure that we are the right provider for you and that we have the right Support Workers available to meet your needs.
Getting your NDIS supports set up can be
completed within a week
Call us on 1300 030 032 to discuss your needs and/or complete our intake referral form attaching any current reports.
We will provisionally confirm that we can provide services based on this intake information.
We will provide full confirmation following an assessment.
Within 1-7 days we will:
- Carry out an initial Assessment with you face to face at a time agreed with you in order to fully understand your needs and importantly, what you are looking for in a Support Worker and to complete a Home Safety Check. We will then provide final confirmation that we can provide services.
- Propose suitable Support Workers from our team based on the information and preferences gathered from you during the Assessment and intake form and discuss these Workers with you.
- Complete a Service Agreement with you.
For some Participants who have very specific Support Worker requirements or complex needs that require training of Support Workers, it may take a little longer for us to get supports up and running. We will work closely with you every step of the way.
For Participants who require urgent support, we can often provide a more rapid response.
