Complex care programmes
Where Participants have more complex or more clinically focussed support needs, we ensure that clinical expertise is integrated into our team through our Clinical Nurse Consultant. This role is an integral part of our NDIS team and is involved in programme establishment and where needed, in training of Support Workers in specific skills required for individual needs.
We also offer a Lead Support Worker model for Participants with large programmes where a number of Support Workers are involved, or where their support needs are more complex.

We're a registered NDIS provider with experienced NDIS team
Our dedicated NDIS team is made up of experienced disability support practitioners with over 20 years’ experience across direct disability support, coordination of supports, NDIS planning and NDIS plan reviews.
Absolute Care & Health is a registered NDIS provider. We provide comprehensive disability support services in line with your NDIS Plan. As a leading disability support provider, all of our services are designed to help you achieve your social, personal, and career or skills-based goals.

We know how important having the right Support Workers is to helping you achieve your goals. That’s why we take a really personalised approach with a commitment to supporting all our clients to live their life, their way.
We work hard to understand your needs and preferences so that we can provide the right Support Worker for you and we will work with you to make sure you are fully involved in the selection of your Support Workers.
We provide a range of ongoing training and development for our Support Workers including practical, on the job training.
