Quality is supported through clinical governance, quality management systems, workforce screening, supervision, ongoing professional development and clear escalation processes. As a registered aged care provider ourselves, we understand the clinical, compliance and reporting responsibilities expected by Registered Providers and referral partners.
Our workforce participates in ongoing mandatory and service-specific training, supported by our dedicated training facility, The Learning Lab. This includes clinical skills development, quality and compliance training, and professional development aligned to the services being delivered. All Support Workers hold relevant Certificate qualifications, and all Registered Nurses maintain current AHPRA registration, ensuring our workforce is appropriately qualified, skilled and supported in their roles.
Yes. Complex care is a core part of what we do. Our experienced nursing and care teams support a broad range of clinical and personal care requirements, from short-term through to ongoing, high-support care arrangements. Services are carefully matched to appropriately skilled and experienced Registered Nurses and Support Workers, ensuring each client receives support aligned to their needs, goals and clinical requirements.
In addition to providing services as an Associate Provider, Absolute Care & Health is a Registered Support at Home Provider. This means we understand the clinical, compliance and reporting responsibilities expected by Registered Providers because we operate within the regulatory environment ourselves. We are also NDIS Registered, TAC Registered and maintain ISO certification, reflecting our commitment to quality, governance and continuous improvement.
Communication pathways are agreed at commencement. Depending on your preference, updates can include progress notes, service updates, escalation notifications and nursing visit summaries. Referring organisations can also access information through our client portal, providing visibility of schedules, notes and service activity.
We work as an extension of your team. While we deliver the agreed nursing or care services, you remain the primary relationship holder with your client. We follow your preferred communication pathways, represent your organisation professionally and work collaboratively to support continuity of care.

Providers choose Absolute Care & Health because of the quality that sits behind our service delivery. We combine experienced nursing and care teams with strong clinical governance, quality management systems, responsive communication and ongoing development of our staff through our own training facility, The Learning Lab. As a Registered Support at Home provider ourselves, we understand the operational and compliance requirements of Support at Home and work as a seamless extension of our partners’ teams. Our focus is on delivering dependable services, positive client experiences and a partnership approach that makes it easier for providers to maintain quality outcomes at scale.
